Show #77 "Elvis: R.I.P. It Up!" was a night of one act plays and vignettes about Elvis Presley. They included "Law & Elvis" an original play by Jeff Zimmer based on the true story of three men who tried to break into Elvis' grave in 1977 and the trial that followed.

The second show was the poignant "Graceland" the story of two big Elvis fans who both want to be first in line to tour Graceland the first day it opens for tourists.

The third show of the evening was "Life After Elvis". The show was about a con man who convinced a suburban couple that he was really Elvis Presley and was in the witness protection program and needed a place to stay for awhile.

Vignettes included a florist (Patty Evans) who described the chaos that ensued with Elvis' funeral; a toll booth operator (Deb Lowe Smith) who had a close encounter with the King; a bodyguard (Roger Eschbacher) who told how Elvis believed he had the power to move clouds; a man (Jeff Thorsen) who Elvis gave the keys to a Cadillac to but didn't tell him where it was; and a woman (Therese Hawes) who claimed to be the love child of Elvis and Marilyn Monroe. It was also revealed that Elvis was not the first choice to star in "Viva Las Vegas" and the audience was treated to a rare clip of Ann-Margret (Felicia Tweedy) singing "The Lady Loves Me" with the film's original star (Kermit the Frog).
